Every gift set is printed, assembled and hand-packed to order in the UK. Please allow 1–2 working days for production, plus delivery time. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns
Because every set is personalised with a name, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind — each one is made uniquely for its recipient.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with a personalisation error on our part, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.
If you made a spelling mistake in the personalisation, get in touch as soon as possible — if we haven't printed your set yet, we'll happily correct it.
